CUT-OFF POLICY

Michie Water System Cut Off Policy:
Effective Date: July 1, 2018

The Michie Water System cut-off policy for delinquent water bills is as follows:

Your water will be cut off for non-payment if your water bill is one month past due and the current water bill has not been paid by the 20th of each month. Water services will be disconnected unless payment has been made in full or if approved payment arrangements have been made. If payment arrangements have not been kept your water services will be disconnected until the agreed upon amount has been paid in full. A reconnect fee of $60.00 (during business hours M-F 8:00 – 4:30) or $100.00 (after business hours) must also be paid in full before water services will be reconnected.
